The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Fighters Group

Since the launch of the fourth campaign, fresh DM Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with rich lore, a diverse cast of heroes, and a gripping narrative showcasing celestial beings, demons, and sinister influences increasing in strength within the city.

Warning: Revealing details for the third episode of Campaign 4 are included.

The Soldiers Table Introduced

Episode 3 ended with a dramatic pause and introduced the first table of adventurers who will branch out from the main group to undertake their own adventure, separate from the other two tables.

This warrior group consists of Teor Pridesire (portrayed by Travis Willingham), the agile character (Laura), the fierce warrior (Whitney), Wicander (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan (Robbie).

Why Split the Party?

Considering 13 cast members, it was obvious from the outset that keeping everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

That’s why, the first four episodes of the new season serve as an Prelude, connecting the personal journeys before splitting into three smaller tables: Warriors, Strategists, and Questers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

Per Brennan Lee Mulligan, the warrior group is for participants who prefer a classically intense fight-heavy story mode where peaceful solutions are scarce.

At first glance, characters like the hesitant healer the cleric might appear mismatched, but the actions of the third episode make it clear why these five characters are perfectly fit for the combat party.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party understands precisely where to proceed after a intense opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose demise kicked off the campaign’s events—manipulated the enemy for his own means, breaking into Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting the rogue, and taking all the enchanted items to sell off.

The antagonist then cleared his obligations and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother close behind.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each adventurer has a individual motive to depart Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as the companion and best friend, seeks revenge.
  • The knowledgeable figure has experience in the region and advises that it is a nasty place.
  • The strong character and Wicander, having resisted his relatives’ demands to execute the fighter and instead rescued him, have no other options.
  • But, their status as key figures in the powerful family could enable the party access areas they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter pledged a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now go with him anywhere.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the authorities that govern the setting for a range of causes, making staying in the city no longer safe:

  • Thimble and The hero are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and The cleric betrayed House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This results in them little choice but to head to the northern region in pursuit of the traitor.

Future Episodes

From episode three’s follow-up content, we discover that the combat party won’t be around in the upcoming installment, leaving the remaining eight participants to form the Questers and Schemers parties.

Audiences can look forward to finding out which players will be in which group in the story’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on October 24.
